How quickly do videos come back?
Most edits are back in about three business days. Longer or more involved projects can take more time, and we'll tell you up front.
What happens after I subscribe?
We set up your request board, usually within a day. Once you're in, you can send your first request right away.

Can you turn one long video into a batch of clips?
Yes. We can pull 20 to 50 short clips from a single podcast or long-form video and format them for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
Is there a cap on requests?
No. Add as many requests as you like and we'll work through them one at a time.
How should I send my footage?
Share a Google Drive, Dropbox, or Frame.io link and add a short note about what you want. A quick voice or screen recording works too.
How do bigger projects work?
Large requests, like a full launch campaign, are split into smaller videos and delivered in batches until the whole project is done.
Do you film on location?
Yes. On-site filming is available, including cinematic 4K/6K footage, drone shots, and multi-camera podcast setups. Ask about it on your consult call.
Who's behind Mach Social?
Mach Social is a small video studio in Hilton Head, South Carolina. It was started by a videographer with five years of experience helping creators and brands turn their ideas into better videos.
Can I pause my plan?
Yes. If you only have a request or two, pause when they're finished and pick your unused days back up whenever you're ready.
What if a cut isn't right?
Tell us what to change and we'll revise it until you're happy.
Is anything not included?
We don't take on 3D animation, feature-length films, or multi-day event coverage. Not sure if your idea fits? Book a consult and ask.
Can I try it for just a month?
Yes. Stay for a month or a year, and come back whenever you have more video to make.
Do you offer refunds?
If the first week isn't the right fit, reach out and we'll make it right. After that, completed work isn't refundable.
